Yes, after completing your nursing program, you can take the NEET exam. You must have passed your 12th grade with physics, chemistry, and biology as required subjects in order to sit for the NEET UG exam. There are no limitations if you have taken any additional courses; you will only need to select the code that corresponds to your eligibility.  Until the Supreme Court rules on the matter, there is no upper age limit.

Admission for post basic nursing will from June 22, 2024 this year .

IGNOU PB BSc Nursing Admission Schedule has also been released and the exam will be conducted on January 07, 2024. IGNOU PB BSc Nursing Admission 2024 is ongoing till January 03, 2024.

A post basic nursing course typically provides advanced training and specialization for registered nurses. It covers specialized areas such as critical care, pediatric nursing, mental health, or community health. These courses often include both theoretical and practical components.

Hello aspirant,

You will be qualified to enrol in the B.Sc. Nursing programme. For entrance to a bsc nursing programme, mathematics proficiency in classes 11 or 12 is not required. Moreover, the following qualifications are required for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing programme:


When applying for admission, a candidate must be at least 17 years old on December 31 of the year in question. With a total of 45% of the possible points, students in the 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) and English Core/Elective with a recognised board under AISSCE, CBSE, ICSE, SSCE, HSCE, or any comparable Boar d.
