Hello aspirant,

I hope that you are doing well. It is difficult to get government seat for bhms but you can get private seat in 279 marks, if you belong to general category.

Your score should be above 520 to get government seat for bhms in state quota. This cutoff is in accordance with the last year cutoff.

Although getting mbbs seat depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of exam, AIQ rank, category, region, state, state rank, etc. But You can try for semi government seat or private seat.

is there any chance to get seat with 130000 rank 2ag category karnataka or may be in AIQ with obc reservation

piyush263001 19th Nov, 2021

Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

It would have been easier for us to help you with college details precisely, I you had mentioned marks scored in NEET examination, as college cut offs are generally decided by marks. With rank you have mentioned I expect you to be scoring around 470 marks.

It would be very difficult for you to get college through All India Quota Counseling. You have chances of getting MBBS seat in following colleges through Karnataka State counseling -

• Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore

• Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore

• M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore

• M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, Bangalore

• Sri Basaveshwara Medical College and Hospital, Chitradurga

• Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellur, Mandya Dist.

I got 452 marks in neet 2021 of obc reservation can I get seat in goa medical college through all India quota reservation (15%)

piyush263001 27th Oct, 2021

Hello,

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

Now since the NEET paper this year was a bit tough compared to level of paper of previous years, so the cut-off is expected to lie between the cut-offs in the year 2020 and 2019.

considering all the points made above it would be very difficult for you to get seat in Goa Medical college based on AIQ counseling as 530+ marks would have been considered safe considering previous year cut offs.

rushyaketharuva 15th Sep, 2021

Hello aspirant

  • Hope your are doing well
  • Hoping that you got a good score in you Neet exam
  • There is no problem as you don't have obc reservation in central
  • In the state level counselling the only required is cast certificate to which you belong
  • As you belong to bc-d you should have a bc-d certificate
  • If you have that you are eligible for state level counselling .
  • There is no connection between obc certificate and state caste certificate
  • And you don't need a obc certificate for state counselling
  • So don't worry do apply for state counselling
  • All the best champ

How many government MBBS seat are available for general category student in NEET UG after OBC reservation increased.

rajeevanand843 10th Sep, 2021

Dear aspirant

As per the NEET-UG 2021 reservation norms, the Central Government has recently decided to provide 27% reservation to OBCs under the All India Quota Scheme and 10% reservation to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). In addition to EWS and OBCs, 15% of seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC) and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes (ST).

So total reservation for different categories are almost 60% so the remaining 40% seats are for general category.

So currently there are almost 4200 seats in all india quota category,so almost 1700-1800 seats will be open for general category to take admission in government medical College in all over India.

In different state different reservation system are there so mention your domicile state then I may give you information about your state quota seats.

Dear aspirant

There are less chances for you to get any NIT with this score under other state quota. But it also depends on your home state that if you can get into the NIT in your state. As you have not mentioned your home state, it is not possible for me to predict it under home state quota.

i belong to obc category and i got 96540 obc rank in jee 2021 and 291222 crl rank so if csab has to fill obc reservation seats will i get nit rourkel (civil engineering)

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 16th Oct, 2021

Hi

In csab crl is considered.

Your profile suggests that your home state is Telangana

It's quite difficult to predict because cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-

******number of students that appeared in the  jee main exam,

****** number of available seats,

****** performance of different students in the examination,

****** the category you belong etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then

>>>>> With 291222 crl rank

You have low chance in NIT Rourkela for civil engineering even in csab

For example,

In 2020, 2nd round csab, 25346 crl rank was closing rank for OBC category for civil engineering in NIT Rourkela under other state.

You can check the same at

Csab 2020 :- https://admissions.nic.in/csabspl/csabsplresult/result/CurrentORCR.aspx

You have chances in  some of the government engineering colleges which are listed below along with the link for their previous year cut off  :-

This prediction is on the past year data basis but  cut closing rank for colleges changes every year depending upon factors like number of candidates that write jee main examination, difficulty level of the question paper for different shifts of jee main etc so

To have a personalised report on your chances of getting a college you can go through our college predictor, it will give you complete list of colleges which you can get on the basis of the category you belong to,  your home state, your gender etc, the link for  jee main college predictor is provided below
