You haven't mentioned your preferred college. But let me tell you that your score is not enough to get top colleges in Orissa. From your profile I get this that you are an arts aspirant from Odisha. and every student in Odisha dreams of getting a seat in bjb autonomous college and ravenshaw University.

In colleges like bjb autonomous college the cut off remains very high around 80 to 90% for most top branches, but since Odia honours is not that a major branch the cutoff remains low. You have close to very less chance in BJB Odia honours seat. Also you have close to no chances in ravenshaw University.

I will come straight to the point and tell you that no you have no chances of getting any top branch in CET with your score. I am a resident of Bhubaneswar and I know that in CET, Bhubaneswar most branches Fill up at around 40-50 thousand, for major branches, and 60-80 thousand for lower branches. You have no chances of getting most of the branches but you may get a seat in fashion apparel branch. It's a new branch the cutoff where is around 660000, so you have high chances in only that branch and no other.
