It is really difficult to predict cut off for any colleges or for any category since it keeps on changing. However according to previous year's cut off trends candidates from SC/ST category required to score minimum 40th percentile to qualify for MBBS seat in Government College. With the score you have mentioned above, your percentile would be around 52-58th percentile so there are chances that you might get admission in government college. But cut off for all the colleges changes every year due to increasing competition or limited numbers of seat. Although you can try in subsequent or mop up rounds as well. You can apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state, that might increase chances of your admission. You can also try in semi government college through government quota. I am providing list of colleges below where you can get admission, check them out :
SCB Medical College, Cuttack
VIMSAR, Burla
SLN Medical college and Hospital, Koraput
Government Medical College and Hospital, Balasore
KIMS, Bhubaneswar
Hi-tech medical college and Hospital, Rourkela

But the basic criteria for getting CSE branch in any government Engineering College through jee mains examination you have to score at least 98 to 1999 percentile to get good government college for your computer science engineering branch. Percentage marks in JEE mains is a little bit of difficulty to get CSE branch in government college. Immediate eat CSE branch in reputed private engineering colleges.
Hope this helps.
