Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So on such marks you have very low or almost no chances to get any of the private or government medical colleges under state quota of Odisha because the cut-off for private colleges go above 560 and for government colleges it is 575+. But on such score you can go for some Deemed Institutions through AIQ counselling, so as per the previous years data you can go for following deemed institutions through AIQ counselling :-
JSS Medical College, Jagadguru:- 528 marks
MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai:- 380 marks
B.L.D.E University, Bijapur:- 387 marks
Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar:- 426 marks
SBKS Med. Inst. and Res. Centre, Sumandeep Vadodara:- 446 marks
Yenepoya Manglaore:-436 marks

Good Luck!!
With 512 you seem to have a fair chance but it depends a lot on your state. The marks required to get admission in a medical college through NEET varies a lot according to your category and quota. The cut off varies a lot in different states under the State quota and well the All India quota. Hence your category, state etc would determine the marks required by you to a lot of extent. But according to the previous year trends, for admission in a government medical college under the State quota a score above 510 would safe.

Hello aspirant,
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year. As you mention with 304 marks and from general category it is very difficult to get seat in IMS Odisha because as per previous year the cuttoff is high..
As per the cutoff, you qualify the NEET UG exam and can apply for admission in medical courses. But your score is very less so there is very less probability for you to get admission in private medical colleges even through management quota. You can try for private dental colleges and other medical courses but can't assure you regarding any admission in college.
Also remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff. For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool:

Hello,
In accordance to your marks in NEET 2021 which is 176 , your corresponding expected rank would be 671419 - 701456 . This could be predicted from https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp . Moreover your chances of getting a government medical college is not possible even if you belong to ST category. So you may try to opt for private medical colleges through management quota or can also try for other courses or streams which may include degree courses , engineering and many more others. Hoping for the best of your future.
