As per prior information it may be said that there will be no problem of taking your class for fourth semester of second year MBBS in Kirzygsthan. Because there there will be no interconnection have for the classes of MBBS and the classes of step 1 USMLE I.e. United States medical licence examination or PLAB means Professional and Linguistic Assessment Board test whitch is taken for qualifying the doctors ability and quality for practice in UK.

It is always good to have some extra knowledge, experience in any of the field you are interested. So being a part of any of the societies of college is just like you used to pursue extra curricular activities in your school. Plus it will also add feathers to your CV. So I would recommend if you can spare some time from your studies to these societies then you must go ahead but there's no compulsion at all.
