I would like to tell you the fee which you paid,this is the institute fees that you have paid and the rest 54000 is also the institute fees.

But yes 37000 will be refunded once you have taken admission in that college.

Yes both the 15% All India quota and 85% state quota counselling for Delhi University colleges (with Vardhaman mahavir medical college) is done by Medical counseling committee. But for Indraprastha University ig is done by separate body or IPU itself.

And for other states the 85% state quota counselling will be done by respective state counselling authorities.
