How is Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management?
Well in terms of placements provided in the college are very good. You should have some work experience to get good salary packages. Placements provided for earlier batches were also good, i.e., almost 99% of the students got placed through college placements. Most of the students got PPO offers. All the students get internships from college. Companies like Deloitte and many others provide a good stipend for the students who are doing internships. And now talking about infrastructure The campus area is small but provides good environment and culture for the students to study. The campus is clean and well-managed. Health and hygiene factors are given priority. Gym and healthcare centre are provided for students. Won and Krona (two labradors) are also available. And faculty, The course curriculum is the best if you are seeking for core operations management. The required for the course are provided right from the first semester. The college also focuses on making the students corporate ready.

Which is better TAPMI core / IMT DCP / FORE. Please suggest (inclined towards marketing/operations)
Hello Simran. Well, first of all, FORE is not comparable to TAPMI or IMT-G with all due respect. The DCP in IMT-G does have a lot cons as compared to other on-campus programs. Moreover, you will not receive much exposure in the Dubai campus in the first year. Cut to second year, and the placement season begins in Ghaziabad as soon as you come.So, you will not have any time to adjust with your curriculum,your PDP programs,etc. On hindsight, there are very good faculties of both operations and marketing in IMT-G.
Coming to TAPMI, it is quite decent b-school for marketing with good faculties and a structured peer learning. When you compare both the colleges, all the courses of IMT-G are better than TAPMI except the DCP program, thanks to the unstructured program.

In case you wish to enter academia then you should consider doing an executive MBA followed by a PHD in a domain which matches your interest. You can also consider going for an FPM directly in case the PGDM offered by your institute is AIU approved then you can go for FPM directly after PGDM.
