Operations Management
Hello,
UPSC has following subjects in the list of optional;
there are also following literature subjects such as
Nursing as a subject isn't included in the list of optional, the syllabus of any optional subject is based on graduation level, hence your interest matters a lot here, also availability of study materials, the level of the syllabus as in how vast it is etc, so you can consider these factors when selecting your optional subject, there is no such thing as choosing one will make you score more, it's always about how well you have written the paper, your knowledge and having a good hold over the subject matters, so consider these parameter prior to deciding upon any subject as optional in upsc.

Dear Aspirant,
Among the two options, BML Munjal University would be a better choice since UBS Mumbai is a fairly new college. However, you should join BML only if you want to pursue MBA this year. If you are open to getting admission next year, it is better to prepare again and go for Tier 1 colleges like IIMs, NMIMS, Symbiosis, FMS, MDI, etc since their placements will be much better.
Hello Rushikesh,
Hope you are doing well !
First of all, I want to say that you have a lot of work experience, which is a plus point. Obviously there is no sure way to say what kind of placement you'll be getting. Your placement not only depends on your academics, and work experience, but also co-curricular, and mostly aptitude.
Also Welingkar Institute is one of the good B-Schools in India, with MNC's coming on campus, and good placements.
However, you seem to have a nice profile, and have an advantage over others for getting a good placement.
Hopefully with some extra effort for your interview you'll be able to get a good job.
Hope my answer helped you.
Please let me know in case of further queries.
Thank you.
