Oragnic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd is a good book.
Now AIIMS MBBS exam has been scrapped off. The admissions to AIIMS and JIPMER will be through NEET score. So the books will be that preferred for NEET. Oragnic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd is a good book. For Inorganic Chemistry, GRB Concept of Inorganic Chemistry by OP Tandon is an ideal option. The other books to be considered are:

Asad, MS Chouhan Organic Chemistry does not cover the theory part. It only has a collection of a lot of problems on all topics of Organic Chemistry with their solutions. It covers topics like electrophilic substitution, ketones, aldehydes, hydrocarbons, etc.
Although the book is one of the best in Organic Chemistry currently in the market. It is a good idea to go through it if you are aiming for JEE or any other exam altogether. The questions are of advanced level covering all possible techniques, exceptions, etc and will surely make your concepts very strong once you complete the book.
