To pursue MBA/Masters abroad in top universities like ivy league or oxford does participation in college clubs/societies matter? should I join the debate, finance, and all the other possible societies or does that not matter?
Hello candidate,
The top colleges in the world for Masters in Business Administration and Masters course including ivy league and others like Cambridge aur Oxford university's generally look for students who have a diversify their portfolio rather just focusing on their academic achievements.
Most of these colleges generally provide admission to those who have an active role in leadership skills sports participation any significant contribution to the society through social measures and a variety of other factors apart from his overall academic record. So it's better that you join a few clubs or societies so that it will add that extra value to your portfolio.

Oxford college of science amity university chettinadu university srm university in these which is best for biotechnology
If you compare some basic stats or records, then you will find that srm university is better as compared to other universites or college.
If you talk about the infrastructure, then the infrastructure of all the private college is nearly the same - attractive. So there is no doubt that srm is also a good infrastructure.
As compared to faculties then faculty of srm university is some what good than other college.
Also srm university has got yhe other abroad universities collaboration. And as oer the placement records, then all are on the same roof. But still you can give srm university a upper hand, as it shown somewhat good placement records in last few years.
Oxford college of science, bangalore Or srm university kattankalathur which is best for bsc biotechnology
Hello Aspirant,
The Oxford College of Science is a good institute for certain courses. B.Sc Biotechnology is good in this college. In general the faculty is very good and helpful ,and good quality education is provided. The campus has got a fine infrastructure with all necessary facilities for the students. The placement is above average though. It depends on your GPA , so if you study well you can easily get placed. Lab facilites, research or project assistance and other learning exposures are good. They arrange many seminars and workshops for the benefit of the students. SRM,on the other hand is also a good college with the best infrastructure ,good faculty and lot of student facilities. But the labs are technology are not that advanced so you cannot expect too much but it is good enough. Placements are better comparatively, but again can't expect too much. Most of the students were placed but only few were offered core jobs ,so you may have IT job offers too. FundaIndia, Teach For India, Hexagon, etc are some placements that took place previously. So both are almost the same but placements wise SRM might be slightly better , however you can do further research about the placements according to your expectations and make a final decision.
