The Arts subjects includes English, History, Political Science, Economics, Education etc. But for painting there is a separate course like BFA, MFA or diploma courses.

You cannot combine painting with Arts subjects. As it is not mention in the list of Arts courses. You can apply separately for visual arts courses, if you are interested in Painting.

In CBSE Class 12 , students typically have five main subjects and can opt for one additional subject. Your best four percentage will be around 82.5%. I calculated it keeping in mind your marks of English(as one language is compulsory) , economics, physical education and business studies.

Also considering that you are from general category because you have not mentioned otherwise.

It is quite difficult to get admission in B.com (//B.com) hons in university of delhi under this percentage, as you know how high the cut offs are.

You have slight chance of getting it in the 5-6th cut off in off campus colleges provided the seats dont get filled.
so please keep checking the cut offs once they are released.
