Hello student FMGE pass certificate does not sent through mail /post. Candidates need to collect it from the office itself. The concerned officials at the venue will first identify the candidates and the do the verification through biometric and fingerprints then only proceed the process to provide the pass certificate.

Yes, you have to go in-person to get the Certificate! From the address you have given online in application, if you are from the states/territory Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Goa and Maharashtra then you have to go in person to the NBE Office in Hyderabad. Excluding these states, other states' Students have to report in the NBE Office in Delhi.

Carry Documents like your Admit Card, Passport, Original MBBS Certificate, Original Eligibility Certificate by MCI and any one ID Proof!

see as for the top university and colleges there is no rules i Know about for keeping the original marksheets of students. college authority  generally accept the xerox copy of the marksheet or xerox of  necessary documents . however you should direct contact with college authority for thats issue. however if this things has happened with all students and your seniors than you have to accept that and wait for completion of first year.

In order to take admission for D. Pharmacy, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent with minimum 50% marks from any recognized board of education. Must have studied Physics , Chemistry, and Biology as their main subjects.

So, you need to pass the physics exam to get admission.

As you may know NIOS does not issue any Transfer/School Leaving Certificate separately to any of  its learners. At the time of verification of documents you can simply tell them that since you have completed your schooling from NIOS you do not have the transfer or school leaving certificate. In such cases the result or marksheet is enough.

If it has given you option to upload 12th pass certificate then you can upload it but kindly find your 10th certificate.

It takes time to obtain class 12th long memo. You can provide the short memo at the time of document verification. You do not have to provide separate passing certificate. Your intermediate long memo is the passing certificate cum memo since you cannot obtain it before the document verification you need to carry the short memo. After getting your long memo you need to submit it in the college that you were allotted.
