M.Sc. MLT is a 2-year full-time postgraduate course which is divided into 4 semesters. This field is majorly concerned with the treatment, diagnosis, and prevention of diseases by means of clinical laboratory tests. Students must have obtained Bachelor of Science in Medical Lab Technology or in any science stream with a minimum mark of 55% to be eligible to apply for this course.
Master of Science (M.Sc) in Pathology is a full-time two-year postgraduate course with basic eligibility criteria as a Bachelor degree of 3 years duration (B.Sc. or equivalent) under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university. Masters degree in Pathology examine the nature, causes and development of human diseases.

it is good not to leave as it will be waste of time and money. On the part of NEET PG counselling 2020, if you have appeared the exam then only you will go for counselling process.
Leaving college depends on you but better to leave after admission. If you don't get your expected option in the counselling and the one which you are pursuing is good then you can continue with that.
