There are less chances as clinical field is completely different and you might have to give exams again if you are planning for different College or state but if seats are available and if the college is willing to get you in then you can have a chance but you might have ti repeat a year so make a wise decision!

MD Pathology is a postgraduate certificate in the of medication and diagnostics/the investigation of infection. The qualification for this course is MBBS Degree from a foundation perceived by the Medical Council of India (MCI) with least total checks as required by the organization.
So as to qualify NEET PG 2019, a competitor needs to score at least 50 percentile if having a place with an open category(UR).
Prior, the passing percentile for General classification applicants was 50 and its proportionate NEET PG cutoff scores was 340. The authority had climbed the NEET PG cutoff 2019 scores for general class by 19 imprints, while for SC/ST/OBC wannabes, least scores has expanded by 14 imprints. NBE, in an ongoing notification, has given the test insights of NEET PG 2019.

Well pathology is a subject of medicinal sciences. It is a subject where you learn to do tests and to make sure the ample amount of practice and knowledge is being taken up by the students, such courses are made full time and not part time or distance oriented.

Well as far as I know then these courses require practical training from the student side and because of which I do not think that you will be able to do these courses over distance learning because you need to do practical for the same and need to have a lot practical knowledge.
