Hello Aspirant,
See on such marks and category you have no chances of getting any of the mentioned AIIMS according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 636 for AIIM Jammu for OBC category. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 700 out of 720 for any of the mentioned AIIMS.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factor. In Bihar there is 18% reservation for EBC category. With 513 score, it is difficult to get a government college, but you can try for government seat in Government Ayurvedic College Hospital, Patna. There is a chance you might get a seat there. For more yo can visit the link:
