see jawharlal nehru engineering college offers 4 years b.tech course in chemical engineering, the total seat intake in 30, some there is no specialization course in chemical engineering. however at the time of final year you may have to take optional subjects which is available in your college. so after studying the 3 years you will come across the concept of different topics related with dyestuff or polyester or petroleum or surface coating and able to select the topic as per your interest.

With reference to your query, I would glad to inform you that at your percentile your estimated marks in jee mains around 65 marks which is very nice score for getting a seat in dibrugarh university . Generally cut goes around 45+ for jee general category so by this you will definately get electrical and civil branches but chances of petroleum branch is very average

In Jharkhand you can take 3 years diploma course from any polytechnic of any stream of Engineering like civil mechanical Electrical electronics And Computer Diploma of 3 years after passing 10th class examination.after getting diploma of three years polytechnic Diploma you can get lateral entry in BE in the same stream of Engineering which is treated as equivalent as BEin the same stream of Engineering. On the other hand you can get certificates from Jack Jharkhand academic Council after submitting the required documents like 10th marksheet, admit card,age proof ,identity proof ,photos etc

Yes you may definitely pursue your Postgraduation in Education (B.Ed+M.Ed) Integrated Course from any good Public University after BE in Petroleum Engineering. You may even prefer Pune University for this Couse, as its equally good and provides effective education.

The cut off marks for JEE Main examination for PWD candidates is approximately 19 or 20 marks. So you have to score near 40 for getting a good college. For NIT or IIT you have to score near 55. So don't worry about your disabilities and go for it.
