A chemical engineering degree will open up more career options than a petroleum engineering degree if you fail to get into the oil and gas industry.
Chemical engineering deals with all types of processes be it fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, oil&gas etc. However, petroleum engineering is specific to oil and gas.

Hello Aspirant,
Yes you can opt for as many courses you wish to for. They mention the exam dates at the very beginning so you can select according. If exam dates for two courses of your choice collide they even provide option of changing shift of your exams.
So you can definitely go for more than one course just keep in mind that if becomes hectic as you'll be getting assignments every week and even watch videos on weekly basis. So go for no. Of courses you find comfortable doing at once.
Hope this helps!!
