Dear Navya, for being eligible for a job as a Railway Phaemacist, you should have passed  (10+2) in Science or its equivalent, with 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy and registration with Pharmacy Council of India OR State Pharmacy Council. And you need to write an entrance examination. Central Railway, Mumbai Division will be conducting Walk-in-interview for filling- up the posts in Para-Medical categories in Group ‘C’ on full-time contract basis. This scheme will be valid up to 30.06.2019 or availability of regularly selected candidates whichever is earlier and subject to any instruction issued from time to time.

Hi, 

If you wish to join Indian Army as pharmacist, you have to write the CDS exam. The notifications are announced from time to time whenever there are vacancies for Pharmacists in Indian Army. Additionally, the AFMC carries out entrance tests to select candidates for various posts in the paramedical sections. 


The eligibility criteria to apply for the post of pharmacist in Army are as under :-

-The candidate should hold a Diploma in Pharmacy with a  Registration from PCI.

-To appear for this exam, your age must be between 19 to 25. 

-The candidate should be physically fit as per the norms of the exam. 

-The selection process involves a Written Examination, Personal Interview by Service Selection Board and a Medical Test.


The written test will be of 2 hours duration and will be as per SSC syllabus on Graduation std basis.

Hello Aspirant,

The main courses in Pharmacy are the 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy(D.Pharm), 4 years Bachelor course.

To be eligible for this study an individual must havehpass in10+2 or equivalent examination from boards cbse, icse etc and with subject Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology.
