Akansha Sharma 1st Dec, 2024

With a TS PGCET rank of 5000 in the M.Pharmacy category and being in the BC category, you may be eligible for admission in several colleges in Hyderabad. Some of the colleges you could explore include Osmania University, University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Anurag University, which are known for offering M.Pharm programs. However, admission depends on the cutoffs, which vary yearly, and it may be challenging to secure a seat in highly competitive branches. It's recommended to check the specific cutoff trends for your category and rank.

Hello Shalini,

There's a good chance you can get a free seat in B.Pharmacy with a rank of 33,000 in AP EAMCET 2024 and belonging to the SC category! Here's why:

  • SC Category Reservation: Government colleges reserve a significant number of seats for SC candidates in B.Pharmacy programs. This significantly increases your chances compared to the general category.

  • Previous Years' Trends: While confirmed cutoffs for 2024 aren't available yet, looking at past data suggests a high possibility. Last year's cutoff rank for SC candidates in B.Pharmacy might have been around 65,000 (source: specific data on cutoffs can vary depending on the resource). Your rank of 33,000 falls well within the range for securing a free seat.

What is the fee structure for the pharmacy course at AFMC pune

G PAVAN KUMAR 2nd Sep, 2024

Every year, the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) application process normally opens in April or May. After taking the NEET exam, prospective applicants must apply online via the AFMC website since the college takes NEET results into account when making admissions decisions. A psychiatric evaluation, an interview, a physical examination, and the ToELR (Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic, and Reasoning) are among the screening procedures that applicants must go through. It is essential to go to the official AFMC website for precise deadlines and thorough application instructions.

i have 54 percentile in cet can i get admission for b pharmacy

G PAVAN KUMAR 11th Sep, 2024

It is a very low percentile and chances of admission for any category except for the ST category are low

It is possible to get admission for pharmacy with a 39 percentile in MHT ET. However, your chances of getting into a good college are slim. The cut-off percentile for government colleges is usually around 60-70, and you may have to settle for a private college if you want to pursue a B. Pharma course.

Requirement for getting seat in b pharmacy

1.Specific Requirements: Different colleges and universities have different cutoffs for their B.Pharm programs. You'll need to check the specific eligibility criteria for each institution you're interested in.

2. State vs. National Level: In some countries, there might be a national-level CET or state-level CET for pharmacy programs. Make sure you're looking at the right test and the right institutions.

3. General Percentile Benchmarks: A 54th percentile indicates that you scored better than 54% of the test-takers. While this might be sufficient for some institutions, more competitive colleges may have higher cutoffs.

4. Additional Factors: Some institutions might also consider other factors like your academic record, interview performance, or other entrance exams.

i have 13 percentile in mht cet witg 45 marks did i will get addmission in pharmacy college

monag2673 27th Jul, 2024

With a 13 percentile and 45 marks in MHT CET, gaining admission to a pharmacy college may be challenging, as this score is relatively low compared to the typical cutoffs for government and well-known private colleges. However, there are still options you can explore:

Private Pharmacy Colleges:

  1. Smt. Chandaben Homeopathic Medical College, Mumbai :

    • Offers pharmacy programs and might have a lower cutoff compared to top institutions.
  2. Anuradha College of Pharmacy, Chikhli :

    • Known for its pharmacy courses and may consider lower percentiles.
  3. K.C. College of Pharmacy, Mumbai :

    • Provides various pharmacy programs and could be an option depending on their admission criteria.
  4. Rajgad Dnyanpeeth’s College of Pharmacy, Pune :

    • Offers pharmacy education and might accept students with lower scores.

Recommendations:

  1. Check College Cutoffs : Verify the specific cutoffs for these colleges from previous years.
  2. Explore Alternative Options : Consider private institutions where the cutoff may be more flexible.
  3. Participate in Counseling : Engage actively in the MHT CET counseling process and explore available options.

By researching and applying to various private pharmacy colleges, you can increase your chances of securing admission despite your lower percentile.

hope this helps you!!
