Pharm.D
Haneefa, to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. As long as you fulfil this criteria, you can appear for NEET. Regarding the certificates, it depends on the College that you take admission in. Government Institutions return the Certificates without any hassles. But Private Institutions do have their rules. So you may have to get in touch with the administration.
Most probably , its the admission fee taken. So you will not have to pay any more money in the college.
Although I would like to advise you that , you should keep the receipt of the fees payment very carefully because it will be a proof that you have paid the admission fee.
I hope my answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!

Your performance in TS EAMCET is extremely poor. At such a high rank of 32000, there is no way that you can get admission in any of the good Institutes of the state for studying medicine including all the government institutes. As far as B pharma or pharma d is concerned, the number of seats available for these courses in the state of Telangana is extremely limited. The number of seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. The number of government seats available for B phramacy in the entire state of Telangana is only 3000 including all the 14 government pharmacy colleges.
