Pharma D is a pre-Phd post graduation professional doctor course duration of 6 years.As per your query it is more fees because it is 6 years post graduation course and not every college offering this course ,but if you wants to take admission in low fees college then go through government college where fees is low as per private college and various of scheme are also available like TFW,Scholarship and much more .But you must maintain some of criteria .

D.Pharma or Doctor of Pharmacy is a full time 6 years course in Oxbridge College of Pharmacy. The fees per year is Rs 1 lac. So the total fees of 6 years is Rs 6 lacs.
The eligibility criteria is that the student should have passed in 10+2 examination in Science stream or possess an equivalent qualification from recognized board.

As per the procedure admission, The Entrance Test shall be conducted for eligible candidates wherein the qualifying marks will be 50%. The syllabus of the Entrance Test shall consist of 50% of research methodology and 50% shall be subject specific.
The candidates who qualify the UGC-NET (Including JRF) UGC-CSIR NET (Including JRF) SLET / GATE / GPAT with a valid score in terms of cut-off marks and duration, teacher fellowship holder or who have passed M.Phil. programme shall be exempted from appearing in the entrance test and deemed to be qualified for personal interview.

You have to take this issue to your examination department.All the marks, results, awarding grades etc are done by your college/university examination department.If there are any discripencies in your result you can take the issue to your respective department and examination department in your college.They will help you with the same.
You need to have 40 out of 160 to get qualify in TS EAMCET for pharmd.
