i have pcmb and physical education if i fail in maths can i replace physical education with maths and continue with physics chemistry biology English and physical education and if i fail in maths is there need to give compartment because i dont want maths
See, Mathematics in class XIIth examination is treated as a core subject and you cannot ever replace a core subject from your palette no matter what. So, unfortunately you CANNOT replace Maths with Physical Education immaterial of whether you want Maths or not. So, if you fail in Maths, then you'll have to give compartment examination.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
What should I choose, CS or IP in class 11 as I also have to prepare for the JEE? Physical education is given to all students as a 6th additional subject for balancing percentage.
Hello Aspirant,
You can choose any one by your choice. But as per the records IP is growing well as compare to CS.
So you should take IP.
I have English Accounts Business studies Entrepreneurship and Physical education in class 12 can I apply for BCom program course in Delhi University?
Definitely yes! See, the prerequisites of a B.Com course in Delhi University is that you should have taken commerce stream in your class XI and XII, which we can see from your subjects which are Accounts, Business Studies, and EP. So, these subjects form the basics of B.Com (//B.Com) and you can definitely get admission in DU using these.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
I hav pcb and physical education as my subjects i want to become an entrepreneur so what course should I study in ug.? to take my first step in entrepreneurship
If you have made up your mind to go into the field of Entrepreneurship and Business, then I would highly suggest you to go either for B.Com (//B.Com) (Bachelors of Commerce) or a BA (Bachelor of Arts) in Economics. B.Com (//B.Com) will teach you the nitty-gritty of business and accounting while economics will give you a wholesome perspective of how the markets work.
If you take one out of these two, then your path to business will become a smooth sailing one. Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
if i have calculated my percentage from best 5 subjects ( English, MATHS , PHYSICS , PHYSICAL education and computer science ) and excluded chemistry my percentage is more than 75% am I eligible for NIT or IIT
Hello Aspirant,
See percentage which is considered for determining the eligibility for JEE-Advance is of overall class 12th result not for best scoring subjects so your overall percentage matters however for this year the percentage criteria has been relaxed and even if you have scored less than 75% then also you will be eligible for admission to NITs and IITs on the basis of JEE-Main and JEE-Advance score respectively.

i have 6 subjects phy ,chem, bio , english, physical education & hindi . hindi is my 6th sub if i fail in. physics then what about my all over result
Hello aspirant,
In your class 12th examination, failing in one subject is not considered a fail in your overall year of class 12th. As you mentioned that you had 6 subjects in 12th and you are passed in 5 subjects so even if you have failed in one subject, you will still be considered pass but if you want to get passed in the subject you have failed then you have the chance of giving compartment exam next year.
If you get re-appear or compartment exam in more than one subject then you are fail until you get compartment. So, you can give Compartment or Re-appear exam for the subject you have failed.
Furthermore, since you are a medical Student, then I suppose you must be interested in NEET Exam, so if you wish to know any thing more about the NEET exam in detail you can follow the below mentioned link to know more about it : https://medicine.careers360.com/exams/neet
out of 6 domain subjects, which 3 subjects will be considering for DU merit list for pursuing BA Prog. from DU with language test I had opt geo, eco, history, ip, physical education, environmental studies as 6 domain subjects+ english but last 2 domain subjects I didnt studied in class 12th
Hi, only the subject you have studied in class 12th will be counted for DU merit list. Language subject is always counted when taking out the aggregate percentage. Apart from this the other three subjects will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in them. The best 3 subjects are taken for the same. You know your marks, you can take the best 3+1(language subject) and calculate the percentage.
I have six subject in cbse class 12th (math ,physics, chemistry, computer science, english, physical education) I fail in chemistry but pass all other subject will cbse consider as pass or fail
Hello ,
If you fail in only one of the six subject of you class 12 boards examination you will be considered to be overall Passed and the subject in which you failed will be considered as the additional subject .You will have the opportunity to attempt the compartment exam if you want to (I would suggest you to attempt it as it might create some problem in future ).
If you fail in two or more subjects you will be considered as fail and will have to repeat class 12 .
Hope this helps.
I will give cbse board with six subject in 2022 (math ,chemistry, physics, english, computer science, physical education) if I fail in chemistry but passed in all other subject then will cbse consider as pass or fail
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, in case if you fail just in one subject in the CBSE board exams then you will have one more opportunity in the form of compartment exams, where you can give the exam and pass it again. However, if you fail in two or more exams then you will be considered as failed and you should repeat the whole 12th standard again.
Hope this helps you,
Good luck, thank you.
