You are eligible for MSc physics in any university. BSc in physical science and chemistry is at par with BSc physics or BSc chemistry your advantage is you can choose any subjects from your degree for your masters so you are good for physics, chemistry or the other subjects you had in your bachelor's.

According to this eligibility criteria, a candidate must pass the 10+2 board exam or equivalent exams with a minimum of 50% marks if he/she belongs to General/OBC/UPS/EWS category. While SC/ST/PWD/Transgender candidates have to score a minimum of 40% marks.

It's great that you want to start preparing for CA exams from your second year in college but keep in mind that you should not burn yourself out while doing both these things.
We are nobody to tell you whether you can do something or not. If you think you can do it, then you can go for it. Try & see if you can handle both but see that your graduation process does not take a back seat as your graduation degree is important. CA preparation is very difficult as we all know so you can always try but if you are unable to do it, do not lose hope, you can wait till your graduation is over.
If you are a science student, then you will need a little more time to understand the concepts of accountancy & other things but with proper preparation, you can do well.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you have secured a decent percentage in class 12th that is 92 percentage so you have high chances of getting B.s.c C.S hons OR B.s.c Physical Science with computer science in Delhi University. You should certainly attend all rounds counselling and hence you can get seat in your desired college.

Msc is better for you in terms of your course graduation.You have completed Bsc and Msc completion will yield in the line of the course.Mca wont help actually its not in the line.After Msc you will get ample opportunities in your line including teaching and in professor line.

To get admission in B.Sc physical sciences in any DU college you have to calculate the aggregate of PCB thats physics chemistry and biology and then look up for the cut offs of various colleges. the total aggregate of class 12th is not considered. please share your PCB aggregate then we can predict the colleges you might get
