If yuou do not have the maths in your class 12th, then you must select the option was without mathematics, physics and chemistry. This is possible because any medical students can also appear to give NDA Exam. UPSC conducts NDA exam twice a year. MEDICAL and Non-Medical student can join Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy. Humanities and Commerce students can also take NDA exam but they can only join Indian Army.

Since in the class 11th examinations the questions are mostly focused on derivations and a bit of numericals, hence the NCERT books can definitely help you to get a good score in the exams.

According to your marks , as per the previous year cutoffs your predicted rank would 3000-6000 . Most probably you would also clear the subject cutoff , so you have good chances to get a IIT seat . You can get good branches in iit like Dhanbad , BHU etc .Apart from that you can take some non core branches in old IIT also . You can also get IIST , IISER from your given marks .

As per current year i.e. 2020 GATE cutoff for Physics paper :-
1. General category:- 37.2
2. OBC-NCL :- 33.4
3. ST/SC/PwD :- 24.8
if you score above the cutoff they you will qualify gate exam. GATE cutoff for MTech in Physics is not available. to get assured for admission , you have to score above 90 percentile in GATE which will make you eligible for majority of the IIT campus.
Based on previous year data, around 15k students apply for GATE physics and 75-80% of total applied strength appears the exam.

Here is the criteria,Five subjects will be taken into account for calculation of percentile and normalization of qualifying examination marks for paper 1 (B.E./B. Tech.) and paper 2 (B. Arch./B. Planning) of JEE Main.
These subjects are:
Language,
Physics,
Mathematics,
Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject),
In case a candidate has appeared in six subjects in the qualifying examination, the subject (fifth or sixth) with better marks will be considered.

For calculating the aggregate marks and cut-off marks for fulfilling the top 20 percentile criterion, the following 5 subjects will be considered:
(a) Physics (b) Chemistry (c) Mathematics (d) A Language (e) Any subject (other than four above mentioned subject).
This means you can add any subject.But keep English as mandatory,which increases the scope of getting admission
