To apply for Airport Authority of India Junior Executive Examination you must have passed B.Sc with Mathematics and Physics or B.E/B.Tech and must have studied Mathematics and Physics in one of the semesters from a recognised board. A candidate must score minimum 60% in qualifying examination. Candidates who are in the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply provisionally, they need to obtain the result before the document verification or the cut off date specified by AAI.

So, with regard to your query, you did not mention about the category that you are belonging to. As per the eligibility criteria of MHT CET, for the general category students the aggregate marks in all the subjects must be 50% whereas for SC/ST/OBC students the aggregate marks must be 45%. If you belong to any of this reservation category then you will be eligible for the exam.

As you can see, the student need to pass PCM with 45% marks then if you can do it through Supplementary paper, then also you are eligible. So don't worry about this & focus on your 10+2 studies, it won't take you very hard to secure 45% marks in 10+2 & if you can do it in your supplementary examination then you are eligible for the course.

Yes you can still pursue B.Tech and can pass through flying colors.
But it readily depends on the branch you want to take admission in. In chemical engineering, environmental engineering you need good base of chemistry whereas if you are doing B.Tech in IT , COE branch you will only have chemistry subject in one semester which you can fairly pass by studying quite hard.
