Physiology
Hey Arun Chauhan !
To be very frank, please don't go with Sembulingam.I will suggest you the best possible way to read. For the exam and test purposes, but the bookPhysiology by Debasis Pramanik. The questions seemed to come direct from it in the Final Exams. And for Concept clearance, go for one between Guyton or Ganong. This choice is solely upon you, many would suggest you to select a particular but I'll tell that the books should suit you and not go as per others. For me, Ganong worked fine and hence I stuck to Debasis Pramanik and Ganong.Hope this helps.Good Luck !
