KPR is a good college, with around 70% of the students getting placed every year. In the year 2022, KPRIET had many top companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, HCL Technologies, Wipro, Ramco Cements, and more for placement drives. The highest salary package offered to students is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. 

The UG (4-year) median package offered during Presidency University placement 2022 was INR 4 LPA. However, in 2021 the median package offered was INR 3.50 LPA. In 2022, a total of 1,429 students were placed and 96 students were selected for higher studies. The number of students graduating in the minimum stipulated time was 2,154 in 2022.

In the year 2021-2022, the placement drive at Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering and Technology saw numerous companies participate in the recruitment process.  Around 158 students from various undergraduate and postgraduate courses got placements in that year. The highest package offered was 10.25 lakhs per annum while the lowest package offered was 2.40 lakhs. The average salary package was 4.01 lakhs.

The placement cell at GEC Barton Hill is known as The Career Guidance and Placement Unit(CGPU). The GEC organizes campus recruitment and training programmes every year for students. The CGPU committee comprises of The Principal, The Coordinator, Faculty Members and Students Representatives. The purpose of the CGPU is the overall development of the individual student and providing an excellent platform to launch their careers.

According to the placement data for 2022 of GEC the total offers were 450 of which the maximum placement was offered to Information Technology Engineering students. The Electronics & Communication Engineering recorded 130  job offers and Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering recorded 80,49 and 18 offers respectively. The M.Tech students also received 30 offers.

VCET Erode offers B.E/B.Tech in various subjects that include computer science and engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, and medical electronics engineering. Among the B.E. courses in VCED, B.E Electronics and Communication Engineering at VCET Erode had the highest placement percentage of 44%

The placement is good at VCET, Erode. In the year 2021, among  the B.E. courses in VCED, B.E Electronics and Communication Engineering at VCET Erode had the highest placement percentage of 44%. The placement record for B.E courses was 30% to 60%. The placement for MBA courses was also good.

According to the Burdwan University placement data (NIRF report) 2021-22, the university has had successful placement drives. Out of a total of 87 UG 3-year programmes students, 37 students were placed, with a median salary of Rs. 1,50,000. During the same year, 1142 students were placed from the PG (2-Year) Programme, with a median salary of Rs. 2,37,000.
