The department of training and placement at PRIST University is responsible for facilitating placement to its students. The department conducts the training and skills development programme that instil in the candidates the necessary skills required to ace the in placement.

The number of students rolled for GECA placements 2022 for MCA were 64. Out of this 10 students were placed. The highest number of students were placed from the CSE branch and the placement rate stood at 80 per cent.

The Presidency College, Bangalore has a training and placement cell that assists with summer internships and final placement on campus. Presidency college has a career service office CSO that overlooks the placement activity in the institution. The college reports that more than 100 students were placed from the placement drive in the academic year 2020-22.

Kumaraguru College of Technology placement office helps students prepare for the KCT placement from the starting of their journey. The soft and technical skills training are provided to the students in engineering, management and technology programmes. Students of the 1st year are trained in Communicative English to ensure effective language use in professional tasks and be well prepared for KCT placement. Students of the 2nd year are provided with outbound training that helps them step out of their comfort zone, be creative and flexible and take opportunities that come their way. Students of the 3rd year go for training and do minor engineering or technology projects in groups or individually for KCT placement. It helps them get exposed to the industry in action. Students of the 4th year work in projects specified by various industries and intern with companies. Those who exhibit brilliance during internships are recruited after the completion of their degree. KCT placement board offers various opportunities to students through its placement services. Students are also trained in vocabulary, aptitude, and other elements to meet the companies' placement standards.
