When it comes to placing students, the Training and Placement Department's goal is nothing short of 100%. University students' familiarity with various industries is a primary goal of the Training &Placement division. The NIRF report for 2022 states that placements for the 2021 school year at Subharti University, Meerut, have finished; 323 students were placed, and 108 were from the PG program.

During the 2021 placements, the median packages for UG (4-year) and PG (3-year) students were INR 2.6 LPA and INR 12.5 LPA, respectively. Genpact, Infosys, Accenture, Concentrix, Wipro, etc. are just a few of the prominent companies that have recruited heavily from Subharti University Meerut during the past few years. The institution sees placement as a top priority. Swami Vivekanand Subharti University's placements are handled by the university's training and placement (T&P) office. The training and placement office serves as a link between the school's business clients and the graduate students themselves.

The Subharti University Meerut placement report for the academic year 2021-2022 has not yet been released. However, the University has published the NIRF report for 2022, according to the NIRF report for 2022, Subharti University Meerut has placed 323 students for the year 2021. 215 out of the total number of students placed graduated from UG courses.

The placement office at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University works with many companies, such as Decathlon, Genpact, and Patanjali Ayurveda. These partnerships make it easier for students to find jobs and save them time. They also give students a lot of job options. Top companies like Paytm, TCS, Amazon, Wipro, etc. come to our campus to find people to work for them. About 10–20% of the students got internships at places like Zomato, Swiggy, and Wipro. Students are offered jobs like making software, testing, IT,  and engineering.

The placements and facilities of students are the university's top priorities. The university's placements are managed by the training and placement (T&P) department. The department of training and placement acts as a liaison between corporations and students. The objective of the placement department is to put as many students as possible each year. MIT's Design Institute in Pune has a placement cell for students as part of its facilities. It hosts various training programs for students, including mock interviews and aptitude tests, reasoning tests, group discussions and interview preparation. Every year, MIT ADT University Pune's Training and Placement Cell invites more than 300  companies for campus placements. In 2022 around 522 companies visited the campus for placements.

The college has an excellent placement rate. Almost 60 per cent of the applicants were accepted into the programme. The lowest compensation package provided was Rs 4 LPA, and the highest was Rs 40 LPA. The average salary package was Rs 12 LPA. The lowest compensation package available was Rs 7 LPA. The top employers were Microsoft, Google, McAfee, CSIR, DRDO, and others.

220 out of 1,771 students were placed during Manipur University placement 2021, according to the NIRF report 2022. Manipur Central University's UG (3-year) and UG (4-year) median tuition fees were INR 5.76 LPA and INR 6.40 LPA, respectively. The top most companies like Wipro, TCS, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank.
