The median package offered during Gandhigram Rural Institute Placements for UG students is between between Rs 1.56 LPA and Rs 4.80 LPA and for PG courses, the median package was between Rs 2 LPA and Rs 3.20 LPA.

In the year 2021, Rs. 1.92 lakhs per year is the median package that was offered to PG (3-year), and overall there has been an 11% decrease as compared to the year 2020.

A CTC of INR 8.75 LPA was received by 75% of the top students. IMI Bhubaneswar Placements has also released the summer internship report of the class of 2022. The highest stipend offered per month was Rs 2 lakhs, according to the report. More than 40 recruiters participated in the hiring process.
