The university placement cell runs many programs/sessions designed to enhance the employability of students. Many renowned companies visit the campus for recruitment. Some of recruiters are VLLC, ICICI Prudential, CMS Technologies, Tech Mahindra, Odisha Cement Ltd, Axis Bank, TCS, HDFC Life, Zomato, Vivo, Oppo, OPGC, IFFCO Kisan, Reliance Jio, Cybercon Media Pvt Ltd, etc.
The highest package offered during the placements 2022 is Rs. 36.12 lakhs. IIEST, Shibpur placement cell provides placement opportunities to the students. When searching for a college, every student considers if the school will be able to provide them with the necessary knowledge and then help them secure a job in the top companies with the knowledge they gained. All the study, hard work and experience of these years in college will assist the student in securing a good position at some of the most prestigious companies.
As per the NIRF report, out of 101 students 69 students got placement during Chitkara University placements in 2021. Students got placement in well-known companies such as, Deloitte, Amazon, Infosys, GSK plc, KPMG, Parexel, Microsoft, Samsung etc. During Chitkara University B.Arch 2021 placements, the median package offered was INR 5 LPA.
