Ive got 85 in NEET 2024. And Im planning to join BDS for full management seat am I able to get it ? or what can I do

Akansha Sharma 22nd Dec, 2024

With 85 marks in NEET 2024, it will be difficult to secure a BDS seat, even under full management quota, as you may not meet the qualifying criteria for NEET. Check private dental colleges with lenient admission policies for management quota seats. You could also explore dental colleges abroad where NEET scores might not be mandatory. Alternatively, consider preparing again to improve your NEET score, as it would significantly increase your chances of admission in future attempts.

I am currently working and completed my graduation (BA in Political Science) & MA (Economics) through distance learning (IGNOU). I have been working for more than 5 years now in back office opertaions. Now planning to pursue US CPA & certification in Data Science and ML. Would that be a good option?

monag2673 25th Jul, 2024

This could be a good option, but it depends on your career goals. Here's why:

  • Strengths: US CPA adds financial expertise and data science/ML opens doors to tech and analytics roles.
  • Considerations: Both require significant time commitment. Is your workload manageable?
  • Alignment: Do these fields complement your current work (e.g., data analysis in finance)?

Recommendation: Research data science/ML applications in finance. If aligned with your interests, this combo could be a powerful career move. However, ensure you can handle the workload and consider focusing on one first.

hope this helps you!!

Sanjana 10th Feb, 2025

Hello,

Your OBC rank of 7,059 aligns with the closing rank at NIT Warangal, suggesting a possibility of securing admission there. However, it's important to note that cutoff ranks can vary each year based on factors such as the number of applicants, seat availability, and overall performance trends.
