Political theories always flare up from the culture. Culture hold together people. Thus, we have transformed culture becoz we have transformed environment. This makes a transformed political theories.
Political theories are actually a collection of cultural opinion at a high level. For example the isolationism is a political theories of entrepreneurs, whereas, communism is political theory of labour class.
