hey there
Generally, candidates who are ranked higher in the state NEET merit list are allotted higher government medical and dental colleges. However, candidates also option for admission in private colleges instead of a government college because the private college is highly rated.
Dear applicant as you know 239 score is quite insufficient when it comes to admission into different colleges being a general category student. Even if you are opting for private colleges it would be very difficult for you to make your chances, but there is still a chance if you opt for Management Quota seats. Though this is entirely an assumption based on previous years cut-off trends, use our NEET UG college predictor to predict the best possible colleges based on your merit rank

As you have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it. You need to get score of 175 to 235+ to get B.E/B.Tech Computer Science Engineering seat in Private Engineering Colleges in India.

However, you can get keep other colleges as a back like symbiosis through snap, colleges through NMAT and try to keep your score a bit higher.

You also have option to opt for BDS in other states like rajasthan, uttar pradesh through there state counselling and hopefully you will be getting that easily.
Hope i have cleared your doubt.
