Hello
All of the above mentioned institutes are good. However out of the options Saveetha ?Dental College and Hospital stands out the most as it has got Ranked 20 for Dental by Indiatoday 2020 and Ranked 9 for Dental by The Week 2020 , after that Bharati Vidyapeeth stands out with having ranked 25 for Dental by Indiatoday 2020. Since it is a private colege Saveetha has a high fee structure for BDS but it is one of the most reputed colleges of Tamil Nadu. There is the facility of on campus placeemnt too however it is advisable to do MDS too. The faculty is highly qualified and very helpful.
Out of all the obptions, therefore, I would have chosen Saveetha

Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But based on the analysis of the experts, on the and going by previous years data, with this score you might get Management Quota in Private Dental Colleges. But you might have chances in BAMS course than BDS. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
