The family income of a ST student for getting scholarship in a private medical college should be less than 4 lacs per annum. His age should be e within 19 from the date of admission Indian private medical college. Scholarship amount in a Government Medical College will be 100% of tuition fees for the four years and the scholarship for a student in private medical college will be the 50% of the first year tuition fees that will be given for the first year only.

See if you are going to pass class 12th from Open state board then also you are eligible for NEET UG because recognized state/central open boards of education are valid and their certificates are considered to determine the eligibility for NEET UG.
NEET UG eligibility criteria is mentioned below for your reference :-
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subject as compulsory subjects but even if Biology is an additional subject then also you will be eligible provisionally.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st of the examination year, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by the examination year if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.

It is difficult to determine exactly the chances of getting seat in Colleges for your NEET UG score. But based on previous year's cut-offs I'm providing information. I suggest that to go with Private Medical College rather than wasting one more year as it is your 3 rd attempt.
