At this marks you may get private medical colleges in rajasthan state itself. Otherwise you can get in state like uttar pradesh, bihar, Uttarakhand, haryana etc. State like karnataka and kerala will be very tough for you.

Sorry to say but you are near to just qualifying marks which means with these marks you can only qualify your exams but you won't secure a seat . You can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer side but chances are too low for that either . You should take a year break and study hard to get more marks so as to get a seat in government college. You can just give a try next year.

Kerala neet cut off marks for sc category was 461 marks for govt medical college.
Usually private medical colleges cut off marks for SC category in Kerala also go above 300-359+ marks as govt provide scholarship program in private medical colleges also.
So there are very tough chances that you will get private MBBS seat at your expected marks.
You may try for private BAMS or BDS college in Kerala at this marks.
