Can I get a seat in Chattisgarh private medical college. My neet marks is 506 and rank is 81453.Im non domicile student of chhatisgarh

Shivani sunil kakde 7th Nov, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

Firstly congrats for your score. As you do not have domicile of Chattisgarh you need to apply through 15% All India Quota to get seat in Chattisgrah. Sorry to say but 506 is very low score for general category candidate to get government medical seat through All India Quota. You must score 580 and above in NEET to get government seat in Chattisgarh through All India quota.

To get private medical college in Chattisgarh you must have Chattisgarh domicile certificate because through 15% All India Quota you can get admission in only government medical colleges.

Hope you got your answer.

Thank you

How much money will get reduce.... If i go to private medical college.in mp.. For MBBS. Through medhavi chatra jogana.. I belong to mp.... I am fulfilling all crteria...

anirudha vats 7th Nov, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

The Medhavi Chatra Yojana is good initiative taken by Madhya Pradesh government to help students regarding their college fees in order to prevent their further studies from being disturbed.

The Scheme is designed to cover the tution fees of students who are applying for the scheme. So your tution fees of the respective college will be covered by the state government. Apart from the tution fees you will have to cover your other expenses like hostel, mess, etc.

Hope that helps

Thank you.

Iam an SC candiadate. My kerala rank is 13155 and My category position is 220.Will i get a seat for MBBS in either govt or private medical college?

Anurag Khanna 7th Nov, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

On such state merit and category you have good chances of getting some medical colleges in Kerala under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-

  • Pariyaram Medical College, Pariyaram
  • Azeezia Medical College, Meeyannoor
  • Believers Church Medical College Hospital, Thiruvalla

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-kerala

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.

Course bds, joined one private medical college, due to family situation I did not go to college but I gave my original HSC certificate to admissions. Now 2020 almost 5yr gone. Now I need my certificate, how can I get my certificate. How much have to pay?

theeanonymous 6th Nov, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

Colleges are not allowed to withhold your certificates for any reason. Since this is a case of you leaving the medical seat in the middle , the amount you will have to pay depends on the college admission and exit policy. If they are demanding unnecessary fee or complicating the issue you may even proceed legally , however you may have to pay the fee based you the period of the course you attended ,this is because when you leave a seat in the middle there is a vacancy created and the college will be at money loss . But again remember they have no legal right to hold your certificates because The University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued a warning to universities and colleges against the retention of original documents of  students. You may seek help from the appropriate court.

All the best
