Hi,
You haven't specified your category so an accurate prediction is not possible. The cut off for colleges vary every year based on so many factors. With the above marks admission to AIQ seats as well as state quota seats is tough for a general category student. But you have chances if you belong to ST/SC categories. Please do mention the category for further details. To know your chances you can use college predictor given below

Based upon the marks that you have scored, and as you have mentioned that you are from general category, you should try for management quota seats in private colleges and deemed universities in Maharashtra.
Government seats will be not possible with this rank for general category. Also for Maharashtra the state quota seats are divided between 70% regional quota and 30% state quota seats. However BDS seats are also possible with this rank for state quota.

The cut off for admissions in colleges vary based on so many factors. Since your profile mentions you as Maharashtra domicile I am answering based on that information. The above marks seems less to get an admission to AIQ seats as well as state quota seats of government /private Maharashtra medical colleges in MBBS for a general category student based on previous year data. But you might get chances in the state quota BDS seats of
Aditya Dental College, Beed
Dr Hedgewar Smruti Rugna Seva Mandal's Dental College, Hingoli
MA Rangoonwala College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre, Pune and so on.
To know your chances better you can use college predictor given below
And if you really want to take admissions MBNS itself then you can try next year again and score better. The above mark seems less to get admission for MBBS. You can prepare yourself by using the knockout package given below
