I am from Nagpur (MH) my score according to answer key is 455 Can I get any semi govr. or private medical college for MBBS in low budget I am in OBC category

ABHIK SHAW 3rd Oct, 2020

Hello,

Based upon the marks that you have scored, you may have a rank in the range of 73337-81607. With this rank and your category you have better chances for private colleges and MBBS Deemed Universities under 85% State Quota. The OBC cutoffs are very much near to the general category cutoffs and are almost similar. Regarding low budget, private colleges always have higher fees than government colleges, the fees differ for each colleges but are comparatively  higher.

Would suggest you to use college predictor to get he list of predicted colleges -

i am belonging from Uttar Pradesh i want to take admission to private medical college of Karnataka what is the procedure in which counselling i have to participate

Shefadaar 3rd Oct, 2020

I would like to inform you that, in order to get admission into any University of Karnataka, you need to apply for the registration process conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) every year. The seats are alloted on the basis of your NEET score. Visit this link to know your NEET 2020 expected rank and percentile.

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor

Once the NEET 2020 results are declared, you need to follow these steps to get admission into the college of your choice.

Step 1:- Register yourself on the official website for the respective state's counselling (in your case, it is Karnataka) where you want your admission to be done.

Step 2:- Choose from the list of colleges, the college you are interested in, when the choice filling window is open.

Step 3:- Round 1 results will be declared, and college will be alloted to you based on your NEET score and the choices filled by you.

Step 4:- If you don't get the college of your choice, repeat step 2 in the subsequent rounds (Round 2 and Mop up round).

That is the whole process of counselling. For more information on the expected colleges you can get on the basis of your NEET score, use this college predictor tool.

can I get any private medical college of WB ur category with 350 marks till mop up round ??

Arpita Abhilipsa 3rd Oct, 2020
Hello there,
Cutoff of colleges changes every year. It depends upon various factors like students scores, number of students applying, seat matrix , etc. So it's difficult to predict the cutoff. But according to the previous year cutoff you have less chances of getting admission in round 1 and round 2, but you can try in the mop of round
I am providing you the link to predict your medical college according to your rank.

Rishita hari 3rd Oct, 2020

Hello student,

Your predicted marks for NEET 2020 is about 450, and you are from OBC 3b category and having Karnataka domicile please follow the link below to know previous year's Karnataka cutoffs category wise for both All india quota and State quota. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka

The following factors on which the cut off of NEET depends are:

Total number of students appearing in NEET exam,The difficulty level in the question paper.Total number of available seats and Rank in the NEET merit list

Now, according to your marks you may not have a chance in govt. medical college but can try for govt. dental college or semi government medical colleges.Because, even for obc category for govt. college the cut off is 500+

Please follow this college predictor tool for more clear vision about the college you have a chance according to your score https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

you can ask for any other query in the comment box also.
