There are 3 Categories in PrivateMedicalColleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. Their fees is anywhere between 8-10 lakhs for the entire duration of the course. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. The fees is dependent on the rank you score in NEET and the type of seat you have secured but not on your Category.
You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, KMC is a Deemed University. In 2018 under All India Counselling a score of 521 was the cut off for Mop Up round under General Category. That has been the cut off. Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for 2020, if you belong to General Category, you will need atleast 550 and abovve and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need 500 atleast.
