Yes you can. You have to clear UCEED exam which is for Transport design or product design courses. You can check the UCEED eligibility here.
The registrations are over but with late fees it will again start on 11th Nov to 17th Nov. So if you have missed it the last chance but will late fees in mentioned above.

It is well-known for offering vast exposure to students along with excellent placement records. Moreover, this statutory institute comes under the aegis of Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. So, if you are able to crack the entrance exam, then you should definitely take admission in product design.
