Hope you are doing well, now coming back the question
Project management is the process of leading the work of a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints. This information is usually described in project documentation, created at the beginning of the development process. The primary constraints are scope , time, and budget .The secondary challenge is to optimize the allocation of necessary inputs and apply them to meet pre-defined objectives.

A suggestion that we would like to make is that you work for a couple of years. The reason being, once you start working it will expose you to the real demands of the industry and it also gives you the chance to understand what you are really good at. This will train you know your own skill sets and then your decision will be much more focused.
If you join an MBA program before gaining any working experience than there is a possibility that you could be doing the wrong program. It is important to understand that it is not the profession that guarantees you success in your career but the ability to match your education with your talent and passion. For example Project Management requires constant decision making and man management skills - if you are averse to both then PM will become a difficult job to execute and that in turn will bring down your employability. We don’t want any of this happen!
Good luck!

hello devanshi,
Hey,
Rics offers courses like MBA in real estate and urban infrastructure and construction project management which are very new in India. These courses are not offered by other universities. These courses are offered with a assured placement package. Average package by college in the last year was 7.2 lacs per annum which is quite attractive. Apart from providing students with commendable placement options, Construction Project Management at RICS SBE provides you an in-depth understanding of the construction and built environment sector to excel in your career. All in all, the course will really help in gaining expertise in project management, construction and behavioural aspects of projects.
