Hope you are in good health, regret to tell you about this as  to JEE MAINS entrance exam you first have to fill the application form correctly fill successful payment of fees then only you will be eligible to give JEE MAINS , but for 2021 the JEE mains examination has being done so there is no change for you this year please prepare this whole year and fill the application form next year to give JEE MAINS.

One can give compartment exam the same year, same as the one in which you gave your boards, that too if they were not able to perform up to the mark in any one of the five subjects. If anyone fails to give that exam or is not able to pass it, then he or she will have to give the exam for all the 5 subjects the next year. This could be given even after 2 years. But we cant call it a compartment exam.

You are studying Punjab secondary Education Board 10th class examination not have been appeared for the 10th class examination yet. Actually Punjab School Education Board or PSEB board just like and other boards check their receipt using computer software and not manually in general.

Please don't worry if you do wrong signature in OMR sheet or do signature not properly, it will not be a big issue for you.

The answer to you question is a big Yes. You can change your stream while studying in Class 11 th from Commerce to Science stream. But once if you passed your 11 th in one stream you won't be able to switch to science.

To be more precise about the other procedure I will suggest you to contact your  school. Only they can help you with this switch process as they are the ones who register students to the respective board. You should contact you admission heads for more help regarding this. They will surely help you with this.
