Hello Aspirant,
Below are the minimum score you need section-wise:
Quantitative Skills--68-72
Logical Reasoning--67-72
Language Skills--62-68
And coming to NMIMS , they do considered sectional cutoffs for making the final selection along with your overall cutoff. They expected a score of 70-75+ in all sections. Since , you have scored below 60 in your quant section , it is difficult to say for sure about your possibility, but if they are going by sectional cutoffs , then you might be on the disadvantageous side. However, your overall score is good ,so if they call based on that, you need to perform really well in other rounds like personal interview and group discussion to improve your chances.
However, it is safe to apply in few other good colleges too to be on the safer side.

Hello aspirant. Every year NTSE doesn't release any syllabus in specific. As in nothing called official syllabus will be released. Basically 2 papers. MAT and SAT. MaaT usually itself will be based on quantum logic and reasoning. SAT consists of maths, science and social. NCERT books of class 9th and 10th, preparing them would be more than enough.
Nothing called quantitative ability in specific. Already embedded inside MAT part
Hope this helps
