Quota
Hey aspirant,
One gets his reservation according to his application. You have to show your certificate according to your application and if you can submit your certificates, then you get reservation for that. So, first thing is you need to fill the form correctly and carefully. As you have not mentioned about your rural quota in the form. so, now you won't get the facility for that reservation. So, now you are not eligible for rural quota though you have a certificate.
Good Luck!

Hello,
The place from where you have done your schooling ,is the place of your home state . In your aadhar card the address must be of jharkhand. So, you can't get benefit of the home state for Bihar because you are not eligible for that. You will get benefit of home state for jharkhand.
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well,
According to the previous year's cut off trends candidates from OBC category required minimum 350-380+ marks to get admission in government college for BHMS. And for semi government and private colleges it was minimum 300+ score. With the score you have mentioned above it can be difficult for you to get admission in semi government or private colleges under government quota. However you can try to get admission through management quota, there might be chances of your admission. You can try in colleges of Karnataka (through management quota), there are some colleges with low cut off. Here's a list of few colleges in which you can try to get admission, check them out :
Father Muller Homeopathic Medical College, Manglore
Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Gulbarga
Rosy Royal Medical Homeopathic Medial College and Hospital, Mallapur
Sri Sathya sai college of homeopathic medical science, Dharwad
Alva's Homeopathic Medical College, Manglore

Hello Aspirant
Since you know that the cut-off varies year to year it's not that easy to predict which college one can get into precisely. Looking at the previous year's cut-off of MP state, the last rank who got the seat was 48715 in general rank which was 555 marks. Keeping in check the previous year cut off the probability of you getting a seat is high.
Yes you can get into colleges in Bhopal, and Indore, but do the counseling sincerely, maybe you won't get it in 1st round, don't lose hope, and try till 3rd round.
Some of the colleges I think you can apply in these marks are :
1.MGMMC Indore
2. Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal
3. Bundelkhand Medical college , Sagar
4. Shyam Shah Medical College, Rewa
You should also keep dentistry an option as backup and for that GDC Indore is highly prestigious, check out the official websites of these colleges.
Further, if you want to see more colleges you can get according to your rank you can refer to the link below:
Hope it helps you,
Best of luck
It can be both depending upon which kind of college you want to get into. Usually, the counselling of both government and private medical colleges happens at the same time together, so if you enter the NEET counselling, you'll have the option to choose college according to your wish.
