Hello there,
Hope you are doing well
Looking at previous year's cut off trends, for MBBS seat in government college, candidates from OBC category requires minimum 550+ score. Since there's increase in the competition cut off for MBBS keeps on increasing every year. With the score you have mentioned above it can be difficult for you to get admission in government college. Although you can try in subsequent or mop up rounds. You should apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state since 85% seats are reserved for State Quota. This might increase chances of your admission. You can also try to get admission in Semi Government or Private colleges, there might be decent chances of your admission. You can also try through management quota in Telangana. Lists of colleges you can try to get admission in, is mentioned below check them out :
RVM MEDICAL COLLEGE, MULUGU
RAJIV INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE, ADILABAD
PRATHIMA INST OF MED. SCI., KARIMNAGAR
APOLLO INST OF MED SCI, HYDERABAD
C ANANDA RAO INST. OF MED. SCI., KARIMNAGAR
DR PATNAM MAHENDER REDDY INST OF MED SCI, CHEVELLA

Hi,
Firstly, congratulations on your score.
Since you belong to ST category, so you have fairly good chance of securing a medical seat through AIQ counselling. But this may vary since the official ranks aren't out yet.
But considering the fact that you have BL community reservation, you have pretty high chances of getting a government seat through Sikkim State quota counselling with your score of 330.
As per the neet 2022 cut off in the ST/SC category the rank or score should be between 110-150

Hello Payal,
Since you have only mentioned your marks over here, I am guessing your percentile to be around 76. At this percentile, your rank should be around 2,78,000. I am sorry to state that, if you belong to the general category, you can not expect to get into any government colleges. Also, I would like to inform you that, there is no such defense quota in JEE Mains exam. Although some specific colleges like NSIT, DTU, and IP have defense quota reservations. But again, the cutoff for CSE branch is very high.
(THIS IS JUST A PREDICTION)
I know, you must be under a lot of pressure right now so I will try to help you as much as I can. You have to keep in mind that you have nothing to lose right now. You should make up your mind to start from zero and reach the top. You have two options in front of you right now:
If you wish to go for the first method, then there are some good options in front of you.
If you do not like these options, then take a drop, prepare yourself for the exam, hustle for a year and get into your dream college with your desired branch. The satisfaction through this method is unmatchable. Also, think twice before taking a drop. Only take a drop if you think you will be able to crack the exam after one year. If you believe in yourself, nothing is difficult. All the best for your future. You will do great.
NOTE: I wrote this answer keeping in mind, your branch preference.
