First of all to grab seat through IP quota in ESIC medical College,you must have the IP ward certificate.

Esic medical College for insurance person Ward's are allotted through AIQ counseling of NEET conducted by MCC,so if you are allotted a seat through AIQ counseling,you should have central caste (SC) certificate to get the benefits as through counseling you may be allotted in any state ESIC medical College. State caste certificate are valid only for the same state quota counseling.

So you should have central caste certificate for your category to get the benefits of reservation in ESIC medical through IP quota. If it wasn't allotted through AIQ counseling then you might have used in state counseling.

If you have IP ward certificate and you apply for ESIC medical College in SC category then you might get seat if you have scored 350+ marks (safest you will definitely get). As in 2020 cut off marks was 337 marks and in 2021 it decreased somewhat more.

Based on previous year estimation your rank may be in between 18,000 to 20,000 . The rank varies different factors like number of students attended the exam and thoughness of the paper .

Dear candidate, the cutoffs for current year i.e 2022 is yet to be released of ESIC medical college. But I can tell you the cutoffs for last 2 years. As you come under IP quota, you can apply for esic medical college under "ward of Insured Person(IP)'.

Cutoff by rank in year 2020 for general category - 2172

Cutoff by rank in year 2021 for general category - 1039

According to National Testing Agency (NTA), the student is called to be Domicile of that State from where he/she has completed his/her 10th as well as 12th Board . Along with it, you have to make your Domicile Certificate from Tehsil Office of your area.

To make Domicile Certificate, the resident must be residing in that particular State irrespective of the district or City from 10 Years . This number of year varies from State to State. But, 10 Years is minimum required. Also, his/her schooling and 12th must be completed from that particular state only and not from different state. If this happens, then you are not eligible to make Domicile Certificate of yours.

In your question, you have mentioned that your daughter has completed her 10th from Haryana. Then, only if she has completed her 12th also from Haryana, she will then only be eligible for Haryana State Quota (85%) Counselling.

Please don't assume yourself as a Domicile of Himachal Pradesh.

Unfortunately not! See, the admission to the medical colleges in India is only and only through merit based on National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET. So, if you want to get into a medical college in India to do MBBS, you have to score in NEET and your state level medals hold no value in the admission process. So, work hard and get into your dream college.

Last year I e neet 2021 cut off marks for Delhi 85 % state quota  for Gen category students are given below

Delhi University

MAMC - AIR 1253

LHMC - AIR 6349

UCMC - AIR 4153

IPU

NDMCM - AIR 5021 ( lowest for govt college)

Last year rank was almost 6k at 640 marks, so it's very hard to say anything for time being now.

It will be only clear once neet results get declared and you got your neet rank. You will get govt seat in Delhi state quota in gen category when your rank is around 4k, you will have high chance.

Anyway you have pretty much High chance to get good government medical College through all india quota counseling so you must go for it and can get good medical College in other states too.
