Hello
B.sc in Radiology & Imaging Technology is a Paramedical Sciences, Radiology is the Science of taking images of the Internal and hidden portions of the human body for diagnostic purpose by using Ultrasound, X-ray, CT scan and MRI which comes under realm of Radiography and B.sc Medical Radiography is the same.
The course duration is 3 years for undergraduate paramedical students who want to seek interest in medical field or medical lab Technology. This course provides in depth of knowledge about Radiography.
Hey aspirant,
According to your question,Radiologists earn comparitvely more than pharmist. Radiology technician earns 5-10 LPA. And in case of a Pharmist it is 2-5 LPA. Both are good in their own way,and you should go for the one which interests you. Radiology jobs are more hectic and needs dedication. Being a Pharmist is a Patient-centred multidisciplinary work. So choose wisely. Hope this helps all the best!

Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well.
Here is a list of some of the best B.Sc Radiology Colleges in India-
Hope this helps. All the best.
Hello Sir/Mam,
See it is quite difficult to predict your exact figure of rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your OBC rank is expected to be in the range of 40000-45000 .
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that you have good chances to get NIT Patna with any of the branches even under Home state quota because last year the closing OBC-NCL rank was around 12.5k and that was for Civil branch .
You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://josaa.admissions.nic.in/Counseling/seatallotmentresult/currentorcr.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Main score or rank you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

Till now the official qualifying cut-offs have not been released and the qualifying cut-off percentiles are released along with final result of JEE-Main 2022 which will be released after both the sessions i.e. most probably in August '22.
Also o n such percentile, being an OBC-NCL candidate she has very GOOD chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.
As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2022 result so for now you can get an idea from JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-offs that are enlisted below :-
==>> Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile
==>> GEN-EWS - 66.2214845-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 68.0234447-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Caste (SC) - 46.8825338-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 34.6728999 87.8474721 Percentile
==>> PwD - 0.0096375-87.8273359 Percentile
Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2022 but previous year's cut-off.
You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!

Hope this answers your query.
Hello Sneha,
Yes both the names are of same course.
Medical diagnostics incorporates both radiology and medical imaging. In the detection and treatment of disease, the field of medicine known as radiology employs radiant energy. Radiologists are professionals in the field of radiology who use imaging technology to diagnose and treat patients.
You can go for further studies after completing your bsc, for example -
MSc Radiology.
MSc Medical Radiation Physics.
PGD in Radiotherapy Technology.
PGD in X-ray Radiography.
PGD in Ultra-Sonography.
Master of Magnetic Resonance Technology.
Master of Radiopharmaceutical Science.
Master of Medical Radiation – Nuclear Radiation.
Looking at your previous questions, I think now you have an idea about the courses and it’s scope and salaries aspect. As our experts have briefly explained about it.
